Returns & Refunds

We hope you will love your purchase from us at Toppa Gifts, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, simply contact us at within 14 working days of receiving your order and we will organise a full refund (excluding delivery charges).

Please ensure any items to be returned are securely packaged & correctly addressed as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. We do recommend you request a proof of posting. The cost for returning items is the responsibility of the customer.

All of our goods are meticulously quality checked prior to packing & posting. However should something arrive damaged please contact us at within 24 hours of receipt and include photos of the damages. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period. 

Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods.
